The place

“Pietrenere” Residence is placed in the commune of Giardini Naxos, on the East Sicilian coast, at the foot of Etna (3340 m above sea level); it is surrounded by citrus plantations and offers hospitality to any tourist who loves nature and tranquillity.
The Residence is 2 Km far from the seaside and only 50 m from the bank of the Alcantara River.
Because of its geographical position – not far from the sea and at the same time from the great lines of communication –, Giardini Naxos is the ideal starting place to discover the beauties of Sicily.

How to reach us

By plane:
The nearest airport is “Catania Fontanarossa”, where it is possible to rent a car or take a taxi to reach our Residence following the motorway A18 towards Messina, toll booth of “Giardini-Naxos”.

By train:
Coming from Messina (50 km) or from Catania (30 km) you have to get off at Giardini-Taormina railway station.

By car:
You can follow the motorway A18 Messina-Catania, toll booth of “Giardini-Naxos” or run along the Ionian state road 114 to arrive near Giardini.
